Our TotalPSM Program provides “Peace of Mind” knowing your RMP/PSM or ARM Program is being implemented, is effective, and maintained!

Budget friendly annual agreement based on your compliance needs to help simplify and manage PSM/ARM compliance. It also provides standardization for corporations to enable more efficient and effective organizational processes across the board.

Why do you need this plan?

All too often plant personnel are overloaded with double duty responsibilities, and lack the time and/or knowledge necessary to maintain compliance with programs such as EPA 40 CFR Part 68 Risk Management Plan and OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management. In addition, many times, there are a limited number of individuals who have the responsibility of implementing and maintaining programs and therefore, the only one that knows the location and status of the compliance documentation, training, and implementation. The PSM program is far too important of a program to only have one person knowledgeable of it’s location and status due to the safety of personnel, the reputation of the company if there was an incident, and the fines the company is liable for.

OSHA has increased penalties for non-compliant violations in the past and will likely do so again in the future.
