JS Compliance (JSC) provides a team of Process Safety and Risk Management Specialist with over 20 years’ experience in OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management and EPA 40 CFR Part 68 Risk Management Plans.
Our services include Program and Procedure Development, Consulting and Implementation of PSM and RMP Elements including HAZOP Process Hazard Analysis, Compliance Audits, Gap Analysis and Mechanical Integrity Inspections and Audits.
Jet Tyson-Stiffler, owner of JS Compliance, has been involved with Process Safety Management since 1995. She started the company after the PSM Standard became law in 1992. Early on, we were tasked to develop Mechanical Integrity Programs at several Houston Refineries and Chemical Plants. Our team worked closely with the OSHA South Houston office personnel in order to ensure we were meeting the requirements of the OSHA 1910.119 standard.
Since then, JS Compliance has been working diligently for our clients across the USA and Canada providing RMP and PSM Services. As a result, we are now able to expand our services to a global community.
